We sincerely apologize for the unusual situation we faced this weekend. In 7 years, this is the first time we've encountered an issue beyond our control that has led to a last-minute postponement. This is not something we are accustomed to, which is why we understand how disappointing this situation may be, especially if you’ve been eagerly anticipating race day. We share your frustration, but we want to ensure that when MUDGIRL comes back to Dallas, it will be an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
We’ve noticed many comments on our social media regarding the November date, expressing concerns about it being less convenient due to Thanksgiving holidays and/or cooler weather. We understand your worries and hesitations, and have decided to take the time to prepare your next race as meticulously as possible to ensure the best event.
For all these reasons, we are announcing that the next MUDGIRL Dallas race will now take place in fall 2025 (date and venue to be announced soon). There will be no Dallas event in 2024.
If you are WILLING TO PARTICIPATE in this event:
We will get back to you as soon as we can with a new venue, a final date and the process to transfer your ticket. No need to take any further action for the moment.
If you are NOT WILLING TO PARTICIPATE in this event:
You are able to exchange your ticket for a voucher to register for any of the 2025 events. Procedure explained in the guide below.
If you WANT A REFUND:
Please fill out your refund request on our contact form and choose the topic Postponement Dallas. If you already wrote to us, please do not send another request. We only ask this to help streamline the process by eliminating duplicate requests.

BEFORE NOVEMBER 30th, 2024.
